Ingredients For potato casserole

  • 6
    potatoes
  • 12 oz
    cottage cheese
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make potato casserole

  • 1
    Peel potatoes; cook and then mash. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, minced onion, and salt; stir into mashed potatoes. Put into a greased 2-quart casserole dished. Dot with butter, if desired; bake for 30 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
