Ingredients For potato casserole

  • 6 lg
    potatoes boiled with skins & grated (cold)
  • 1 stick
    margarine (melted)
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • crushed potato chips for topping

How To Make potato casserole

  • 1
    Grate potatoes. Melt butter and add chicken soup and sour cream, salt, pepper and milk. Add to potatoes then fold in green onions.
  • 2
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter and add to crushed potato chips. Sprinkle on Top. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
