Ingredients For potato casserole

6 medium whie potatoes

6 slices bacon

1 stick butter, divided, 1/2 cup

1 pint sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
How To Make potato casserole

1Preheat oven to 350. Boil potatoes in their skins. Peel and grate. Fry and crumble bacon, and melt half the butter.

2In large bowl, mix potatoes, bacon, melted butter, sour cream, cheese and green onions. Put in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with brad crumbs and dot with remaining butter.

3Bake for 30 minutes or til heated through and top is browned. Makes 12 servings.
