Ingredients For potato and cauliflower gratin

2 cheavy cream

4 clovegarlic minced

2 sprigfresh thyme

salt and pepper

1 smhead cauliflower broken into florets

2 lbyukon gold potatoes peeled and thinly sliced

2 cgruyere cheese shredded

1 cparmesan cheese shredded

1/4 cpanko bread crumbs
How To Make potato and cauliflower gratin

1Preheat oven 400 degrees. In a saucepan combine the cream, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add the cauliflower and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the thyme sprigs.

2Spray a baking dish and layer the potato slices in the bottom of the dish. Top with half the cheeses. Using a slotted spoon remove the cauliflower and spoon it over the potatoes. Top with the remaining cheeses.

3Pour thed sauce evenly over the whole pan and sprinkle wtih breadcrumbs. Bake for about 30 minutes
