1/4 stickmargarine or butter, melted

How To Make portuguese style roast potatoes

1Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Toss well to coat potatoes. Place seasoned potatoes into a medium baking pan.

2Cook at 400 degrees for about 1 hour or until fork tender. Toss potatoes every 15 minutes to achieve a crispy texture.
