1hormel pork roast (packaged in seasonings)

3 Tbspvegetable oil

1 tspapple cider vinegar

1/8 tspcinnamon, ground sprinkled in oil and apple cider vinegar

2 mdgranny smith apples
-
1 smyellow onion
-
2 1/2 capple cider
-
cinnamon, ground and nutmeg, ground sprinkled over granny smith apples

1/2 pkgseasoned waffle sweet potato fries
-
1/2 stickbutter, melted
-
1/4 tspcinnamon, ground

1/8 tspnutmeg
-
1 jaraunt nellie's red sweet & sour cabbage

1/8 tspcinnamon, ground

1/8 tspnutmeg

1 pinchcloves
-
1/2 tspcaraway seeds

1/4 clight brown sugar
How To Make pork roast with two sides

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In dutch oven, put vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar and sprinkle of cinnamon and stir. Add sectioned onion and saute. Add pork roast and brown on bottom. Place apples around roast and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour 2-1/2 to 3 cups of apple cider around roast. Put in oven and cook for 3 hours.

2Take roast out of oven and let rest. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread out sweet potatoes on parchment lined cookie sheet. Melt 1/2 stick of butter in microwave, add cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir and pour mixture over sweet potatoes. Bake for 20-21 minutes.

3In small saucepan pour jar of red sweet & sour cabbage. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, caraway seeds brown sugar. Heat on high until begins to boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer. Takes about 15 minutes.
