I love potatoes every way possible and wanted a fun side dish of nacho-like potatoes for game days and bbqs....now we eat these any time :0)

Ingredients For polish potachos

2 1/2 ckettle cooked potato chips or homemade chips

2/3 calfredo sauce
-
1 cshredded white cheddar cheese

1 cthinly sliced smoked sausage
-
1/2 cthinly sliced polish pickles ( or your favorite)

1/4 cmarinated red pepper strips

1/4 cthinly sliced red onion
How To Make polish potachos

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Place the chips on an oven-safe iron skillet or dish.

3Top with the alfredo sauce, then half of the shredded cheese.

4Top that layer with the sausage, then the pickles, peppers and onions. Top with remaining cheese.

5Place in a 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden brown.
