How To Make bonnie's perfect baked potatoes
-
1Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees. Bake 45 minutes. If you bake more potatoes than the 3, it may take a few minutes longer for them to get done. Scrub your potatoes. Prick several holes in each potato to release the steam. Take olive oil and generously cover each potato and sprinkle kosher salt over them on both sides. Place potatoes on a baking sheet, and bake. The inside of the baked potato is white and fluffy. You can eat the skins. They are especially delicious with my Simple Romaine Lettuce and Tomato salad with garlic dressing. Spoon the salad in the potato skin and eat like a taco. It is delicious! Enjoy!

2Note: The original recipe listed the temperature of the oven as 450, but mine bakes perfectly in a 400 degree oven.
