Have not made these, but, what the heck, they are quick and easy and sound very good. Does anyone remember the round peanut patty? I have tasted this recipe and is very good, prettymuch tastes like the store bought ones.

1 cuplight corn syrup

1 lb.raw peanuts

6 dropsred food coloring

1/4 cupmargarine & 1 pinch salt
How To Make peanutty butterscotch candy

1Bring sugar, water and syrup to a boil; add peanuts and food coloring. Cook over medium heat to hard ball stage.

2Remove from heat; add margarilne and salt. Beat until thick; pour onto large greased cookie sheet. Break into pieces when cool.
