Ingredients For party potato recipe

  • 8-10 lg
    potatos ( or 4 cups instant potatos)
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    softened cream cheese
  • 1 tsp
    minced chives
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 c
    dry bread crumbs ( i used crushed up cheese and garlic croutons)
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make party potato recipe

    In a Large bowl combine cooked, mashed Potato's, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder.

    Turn into a greased 2 qt casserole. Combine bread crumbs with butter. Sprinkle over potato's.

    Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Top with cheese and serve.
