parslied potatoes
(2 ratings)
We do love our potatoes around here. I'd say potatoes are a side dish around here at least two nights a week and sometimes more like five! However, more often than not, I get into the "Mashed or Baked" rut and forget that there are other ways to fix a potato! This is one really delicious way to fix them and hey, it's also quick and simple too!
