Since I have Grown Parsley in the Garden this Year, I decided to make these patatoes. Quick tasty and Simply easy to fix. I think You'll enjoy. Cut the taters in Wedges, as they will cook faster in the Microwave.

Ingredients For parsley red potatoes by freda

6 medred potatoes cut in wedges

1/2 tspthyme

1/2 Cbeef broth
-
1 Tbsparsley chopped fine

OPTIONyou can add a little melted butter after cooking when serving at the table (optional)
How To Make parsley red potatoes by freda

1Place potatoes in a 2 Qt microwave dish DO NOT ADD SALT. . . . .

2measure the thyme and broth mixed together, pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle the Parsley over the wet potatoes

3cover the dish, microwave on high 15 min. when done set aside to cool slightly for dinner. Can add Melted butter to Your Taters.
