Ingredients For parmesan roasted potatoes

  • 4 lg
    russet potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • ground thyme

How To Make parmesan roasted potatoes

  • 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Place potatoes in baking pan. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes or until softened stirring half way through
  • 2
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Place back in oven and roast until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with thyme
