I just love these potatoes... The red potatoes come out soo creamy. You do not even need butter,, they have such great flavor. I crave these all the time.. I make home fries the next day with the left overs. serve these with a good old steak and your man will love you forever.. trust me.. lol,,

Ingredients For parmesan red potatoes

  • 2-3 lb
    small red potatoes
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic... i use heaping..lol
  • 1/3 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make parmesan red potatoes

    preheat oven 400 degrees...mix olive oil, seasoning and garlic in bowl... Then add clean red potatoes and use your hands to toss in mixture.. real good...all covered...

    Then sprinkle cheese and continue to toss till they are all covered.. put on parchment paper on sheet pan.. as shown in picture...

    cook for about thirty five minutes... test with for till done.. or tender
