We love this recipe because my husband makes this with his Italian Chicken recipe . both are really good together .

Ingredients For parmesan pototoes

    potatoes
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 stick
    butter, cold

How To Make parmesan pototoes

    Heat oven to 350 F , Then you get a 13 x 9 cake pan , Put the stick of butter into pan . put pan into oven and melt the butter . make sure the melted butter has coated the inside of the pan .

    Then get a zip lock storage bag ( gallon size bag ) or a bowl with lid .Add Parmesan cheese , salt , pepper and garlic salt . mix or shake it together . make sure the potatoes are peeled and quartered . then get a handful of potatoes into bag or bowl make sure potatoes are coated .then put coated into pan , ( single layer) of potatoes . Continue until all potatoes are coated . When you have the single layer of potatoes in pan then sprinkle some of the coating onto the potatoes .

    And bake 30 minutes , Bring out of oven , Then flip the potatoes , Then put the rest of the coating on the potatoes . Put the pan back in the oven for another 40 minutes . When done enjoy it with what ever meat that you fix .The cooking time is about 70 minutes . 30 minutes first and 40 minutes the second time . Enjoy
