Ingredients For parmesan potato crisp

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 5 c
    thinnly sliced potatoes
  • 3/4 c
    grated parmesan
  • dash
    pepper (optional)

How To Make parmesan potato crisp

  • 1
    Generously brush a 9 inch pie plate with mayonnaise. Dry potato slices with paper towel and layer over mayo. Brush potato with mayo, sprinkle with some of the parmesan. Repeat layers occasionally adding pepper.

    Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover and bake another 30 minutes.

    Immediately invert onto a serving plate. Cut into wedges to serve.
