Ingredients For parmesan crusted potatoes

  • 2 lb
    potatoes
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    paprika, sweet mild
  • 1 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    rosemary, dried

How To Make parmesan crusted potatoes

  • 1
    Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Peel and slice potaoes into 1/2 inch slices,cut smaller if they are to big.You want them to cook evenly. Place potatoes into a mixing bowl sprinkle with olive oil,then add the garlic and the spices .When your using the dried rosemary,I ground it in a mortar and pestle first so your not chewing on sticks! Taste much better that way!

    Spread the potatoes on a cookie sheet,don't crowd them.Then sprinkle the cheese all over the top and bake for 35 min. Remove and serve,enjoy!!
