Ingredients For pan-fried potatoes with paprika and lemon

3 Tbspolive oil

2 1/4 lbrusset potatoes, unpeeled, 1 1/2-inch pieces

1 mdonion, chopped

1 tsphungarian paprika

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

2 Tbspitalian parsley, chopped
How To Make pan-fried potatoes with paprika and lemon

1Heat oil in heavy large pot over high heat. Add potatoes and saute until beginning to brown, about 12 minutes.

2Reduce heat to medium. Add onion; saute until onion is just tender, about 4 minutes.

3Mix in paprika. Cook until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle potato mixture with lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
