Ingredients For oven roasted potatoes

  • 2 to 3 lb
    of either white yellow or red skin potatoes
  • 1/2 stick
    of butter melted
  • 1/4 c
    of olive oil
  • salt and peper
  • garlic and herb seasoning mcormick
  • garlic powder

How To Make oven roasted potatoes

  • 1
    preheat oven to 425 degrees . spray your baking pan ( depending on how many pounds of potatoes u need u can use any size baking pan u have )

    leave your skins on your potatoes make sure you wash them very well cut into chucks and set aside .. melt you butter and add your olive to your butter in a small mixing bowl add your seasonings to your butter and olive oil mixture. mix well .

    put your potatoes into your baking pan and spread them out pour your mixture over the potatoes and toss . bake for 35 to 45 mins or until potatoes start to brown and are fork tender . if your potatoes get done b4 they brown u can always turn off your oven and turn your boiler onto high and stick them under your boiler for a few mins to get them to brown.. it all depends on your oven is what i have discovered when making this dish .. enjoy
