Ingredients For oven fried potatoes

  • 4 md
    red potatoes, (unpeeled)
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika

How To Make oven fried potatoes

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350F. Wash unpeeled potatoes. Cut into wedges lengthwise. Place skin side down on a foil lined cookie sheet.

    Mix the rest of the ingredients together and brush each wedge thoroughly with mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Delicious!
