Ingredients For oven fried parmesan potatoes

  • 6 md
    potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil

How To Make oven fried parmesan potatoes

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Peel and cube potatoes and place in a ziplock bag. Add cheese and all spices to the bag. Shake to coat.

    Place aluminum foil over baking sheet and pour in vegetable oil. Coat bottom. Place potatoes on and even out. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
