I clipped this from a magazine several years ago and adopted it as an easy dish to put together and pop into the oven while you relax or take care of other things. Very tasty, too!

Ingredients For no-fuss sausage & potato bake

  • 2 pkg
    brown & serve sausage patties or links
  • 3 1/2 c
    frozen potatoes o'brien
  • 1 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/4 c
    milk
  • 5 lg
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make no-fuss sausage & potato bake

  • 1
    Cut the sausage links into slices, or patties into quarters. Stir together all ingredients in large bowl. Pour mixture into an 11x7x2" greased baking dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
