Ingredients For neshoba county fair potatoes

  • 4 md
    baking potatoes
  • 1 stick
    margarine
  • 1 pkg
    good seasons italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder

How To Make neshoba county fair potatoes

    Melt butter and put in 9 X 13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle italian dressing mix over butter, then sprinkle parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper and garlic powder to taste.

    Wash potatoes and slice length wise and place on top of butter mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Great side with steaks or grilled chicken.
