1 3/4 ccubed processed American cheese

2 ccrushed nacho-flavored tortilla chips

1 lblean ground beef

3green chiles, chopped

1 lgred onion, diced

2 Tbspsteak seasoning

1 cheavy cream
-
1 canevaporated milk (10.75 oz)

8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
1 cancheddar cheese soup (10.75 oz)
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
-
1 pkgfrozen tater tots (32 oz)
-
1 1/2 cshredded Mexican cheese blend
How To Make totchos casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Add cubed American cheese and crushed nacho-flavored tortilla chips, mix well.

3Heat avocado oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, chopped green chiles, diced red onion and steak seasoning.

4Cook and stir mixture until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease. Set aside.

5Melt margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Combine heavy cream, evaporated milk, cream cheese, soup and taco seasoning, stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes until smooth and thickened.

6Mix in beef mixture until combined. Remove from heat.

7Layer tater tots in a prepared casserole dish.

8Bake in the preheated oven until tater tots begin to crisp and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

9Remove from oven. Spoon ground beef mixture over tater tot mixture evenly and sprinkle with shredded Mexican cheese blend.

10Return to the oven and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
