5 lgyucon gold potatoes

salt and pepper

1/3 cwater

2 Tbspbutter

1/2 cfresh mushrooms chopped

1/4 cscallions chopped

1 cshredded cheddar jack cheese

sour cream

How To Make nacho potatoes

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Slice the potatoes and arrange in a swallow baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the water and butter over the potatoes top with foil and bake for 20 minutes

2In a medium skillet add a little oil and saute the mushrooms and scallions until softened. Place the vegetable on top the potatoes and top with the cheese.

3Place back in oven and bake until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and serve topped with sour cream and chives.
