My family absolutely loves these fried potatoes. They request them all the time for breakfast. I love them anytime. They are quick easy and delicious. Your tummy will thank you, but your waistline may not. LOL...Cooking with passion, ENJOY! sw:)

Ingredients For my anytime fried potatoes

  • 4 md
    red potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 4-5 slice
    bacon, sliced & cooked**keep reserved fat**
  • 1 sm
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1/2-1 Tbsp
    all purpose seasoning salt**i used everglades**
  • 1/2 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp
    crushed red pepper pepper**more or less**

How To Make my anytime fried potatoes

    add reserve fat to a large medium heated skillet. toss in onions, cook until onions are translucent
  • 2
    add potatoes and remaining ingredients. mix well. ensure that all slices of potatoes are evenly coated.

    cover. gently flip potatoes to brown and cover skillet. repeat. potatoes are done when fork tender. this will take 10-12 minutes.

    plate up and enjoy!
