Ingredients For mo's jackson spuds

  • 2 lb
    hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 can
    mushroom soup
  • grated onion or finely chopped
  • 2 c
    grated cheese, chedar
  • salt (use less because soup has a lot of salt) and pepper to taste

How To Make mo's jackson spuds

    Oven: 350 degrees Mix all ingredients and put into a baking dish. Bake for 1 hour. Top with parmigian cheese
