Ingredients For *** mom's tater tot casserole ***

  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    cottage cheese, small curd
  • 6 oz
    deli sliced ham
  • 1 - 32 oz. pkg
    frozen tater tots
  • 1 - 16 oz. pkg
    mixed vegetables, frozen

How To Make *** mom's tater tot casserole ***

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Coat 3 qt dish with cooking spray.

    Whisk milk, eggs & 1 C cottage cheese, set aside. Set aside 2 C tater tots.

    Mix together remaining ingredients & tater tots in egg mixture. Add vegetables, mix well. Pour in dish. Top with 2 C reserved tater tots & cheese. Bake 45 minutes or until golden.
