My mom use to make this dish all the time. It was her go to dish when the pantry was running low. My sister made it tonight for dinner. Just the smellalone brought back so many memories of our mom. 1/28/12

Ingredients For mini steak & tatoe dinner

1 lbbeef top round steak, boneless, chopped into bite size
-
3 mdpotatoes, chopped into bite size

1 smonion, chopped into bite size

1/2 tspsalt and pepper

1bay leaf
How To Make mini steak & tatoe dinner

1Frist chop the meat, potaotes & onions. Place each in 3 medium bowls & set aside. Heat a lrage frying pan over medium heat with some E.V.O.O.

2Next add in the onions to cook for about 5 mins. Then add in the potaotes to cook for about 5 mins. Then add in the meat to cook for about another 5 to 10 mins. Add in the salt, pepper & bay leaf as you add in each time.

3Then serve over freshly cooked rice.
