4 - 5 mdrusset potatoes, thinly sliced

half mdvadalia onion, thinly sliced

1 lgcarrot, very thinly sliced

4 Tbspolive oil

1 tspsea salt

2 tspmccormick's mesquite grill mates seasoning

1/4 tspblack pepper

1 Tbspminced chives

1/4 tspcelery seed

1/4 tspcheyenne red pepper

1/4 tspground cumin

1 1/2 tspminced garlic

1Heat grill or oven to 450 degrees F* Slice all the veggies into large bowl and toss to mix up ...

2In a small bowl, combine olive oil and the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour over potatoes. Toss and stir to coat.

3Spray a pan and pour potato mixture in. Cover with foil. Grill or bake for 15 minutes, remove foil and stir. Return, uncovered, to grill or oven. Cook 5 - 10 minutes longer or till tender.
