6 lgsweet potatoes peeled

3 Tbspbutter

salt and pepper
- PECAN MARSHMALLOW GRAVY

1 cmarshmallow cream (fluff)

4 Tbspheavy cream

1/2 cchopped pecans
How To Make mashed sweet potatoes with pecan marshmallow gravy

1cube the sweet potatoes and place in boiling salted water and cook until tender. Drain. Mash or put through a ricer. Add the butter and season with salt and pepper.

2Mix the marshmallow cream and heavy cream together and microwave about 30 seconds.

3Sprinkle some pecans over the mashed sweet potatoes and drizzle the marshmallow gravy over top
