Ingredients For mashed sweet potatoes with pecan marshmallow gravy

  • SWEET POTATOES
  • 6 lg
    sweet potatoes peeled
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • salt and pepper
  • PECAN MARSHMALLOW GRAVY
  • 1 c
    marshmallow cream (fluff)
  • 4 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make mashed sweet potatoes with pecan marshmallow gravy

  • 1
    cube the sweet potatoes and place in boiling salted water and cook until tender. Drain. Mash or put through a ricer. Add the butter and season with salt and pepper.

    Mix the marshmallow cream and heavy cream together and microwave about 30 seconds.

    Sprinkle some pecans over the mashed sweet potatoes and drizzle the marshmallow gravy over top
