    potatoes, peeled, cut into large chunks
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter
  • 10 oz
    cream cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    milk, or more as needed
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make mashed potatoes with cream cheese

    Boil the potatoes until soft. Drain and place in a mixer bowl.

    Add the butter, cream cheese and sour cream. Start on low speed. Add milk and increase the speed until the potatoes are smooth and light.

    Check the seasonings. Serve warm.
