1 ccrumbled blue cheese

2 Tbspeach butter & chopped parsley

salt and pepper

half & half to make the potatoes a smooth consistency
How To Make mashed potatoes with blue cheese & parsley

1Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt. Add the potatoes and garlic cloves and cook until the potatoes are soft.

2Place the blue cheese, butter, and parsley in a bowl. Drain the potatoes and put them through a ricer.

3Stir the potatoes adding the cream until desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.. Serve with a dollup of butter
