heavy cream to make desired consistency

1/2 cparmigiano-reggiano shredded

How To Make mashed potatoes parmigiano

1Boil the potatoes in salted boiling water until soft. Place the butter and cheese in a bowl. Drain the potatoes and run them through a ricer on top of the butter & cheese.

2Add heavy cream and stir until desired consistency. Add salt to taste. When creamy serve with butter and some cracked black pepper
