These mashed potatoes are SO good and loaded with flavor!I have made them every Thanksgiving for the last 3 years and the family loves them! Another thing I love about them is you can make them the day before and then just pop them in the oven the next day! These potatoes will NOT dissapoint! ENJOY!! :)

Ingredients For make-ahead party mashed potatoes

1(15.3) oz. box hungry jack instant potatoes (thats what i use)

6 cwater

1 1/2sticks of butter

2 tspgarlic salt

2 tsponion salt
-
2 cmilk
-
28 oz. packages softened cream cheese

16 ozcontainer of sour cream
-
paprika
-
chives
How To Make make-ahead party mashed potatoes

1Heat oven to 350*. Spray 13x9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray; set aside. Heat water,butter,garlic & onion salts to a boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese, milk, and sour cream. Stir until smooth. Stir in potatoes & mix all ingredients until combined. Spread into baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake 1 hour until golden brown.

2REMEMBER- Casserole can be refrigerated for up to 48 hours. If desired, I sprinkle green onions on the top right before serving! ENJOY!
