Ingredients For luscious potato casserole

  • 2 c
    cottage cheese, small curd
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 3/4 c
    green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 5 c
    cooked diced potatoes
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika

How To Make luscious potato casserole

  • 1
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic powder and salt. Add diced, cooked potatoes. Place in a greased casserole dish and cover with the shredded cheese. Sprinkle the paprika on top. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes.
