Ever since I started roasting my potatoes and my veggies I barely do them any other way. Our favorite in our house was always loaded baked or loaded potatoe skins. So why not loaded roasted!? ;)

Ingredients For loaded roasted potatoes

  • 4-5
    large potatoes cut into inch chunks
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    each s&p
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried dill
  • olive oil
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4
    slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • sour cream and chives (optional)

How To Make loaded roasted potatoes

  • 1
    Drizzel olive oil and spices on potatoes mix put in baking pan and roast at 400 for 20 min or fork tender.
  • 2
    Remove from oven add cheese and bacon place back in oven till melted. Top with sour cream, or ranch (optional)
