Ever since I started roasting my potatoes and my veggies I barely do them any other way. Our favorite in our house was always loaded baked or loaded potatoe skins. So why not loaded roasted!? ;)

Ingredients For loaded roasted potatoes

4-5large potatoes cut into inch chunks

1 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspeach s&p

1/4 tspdried dill

olive oil
-
1 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
4slices cooked and crumbled bacon
-
sour cream and chives (optional)
How To Make loaded roasted potatoes

1Drizzel olive oil and spices on potatoes mix put in baking pan and roast at 400 for 20 min or fork tender.

2Remove from oven add cheese and bacon place back in oven till melted. Top with sour cream, or ranch (optional)
