Ingredients For loaded poatoes

3 lbpotatoes

8 ozcream cheese

1 stickbutter
-
1 csour cream

1 Tbspgarlic powder

1 Tbsponion powder

1/4 cchives, dried
-
salt & pepper
-
8 ozcheddar cheese, shredded

1 jarhormel bacon pieces
-
1/2 cmilk
How To Make loaded poatoes

1Peel, cube, and boil potatoes in salted water untill tender. Drain.

2In large mixing bowl, place potatoes, milk,butter, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder,onion powder, and salt & pepper to taste. Combine well.

3Place potatoe mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Top with Chedder cheese, then with bacon. At this point you can store in the refigeratorfor 24 hours.

4When ready to bake, take out of refrigerator, and come to room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes till warm and cheese melts.
