Ingredients For loaded mashed potatoes

10 or 12 mdmedium sized red skinned potatoes; unpeeled

1 bag(8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 lbbacon, cooked and crumbled

1 bunchgreen onions, sliced

1/2 cbutter
-
1 1/2 ccommercial sour cream
-
2 tspsalt
-
pepper to taste
How To Make loaded mashed potatoes

1Peel & Cut up potatoes.Cook potatoes in boiling water25 minutes or until tender.

2Drain potatoes in a colander and return to pot. Add butter, sour cream, salt and pepper. Cream with an electric mixer. Stir in onions and bacon.

3Spray the bottom of a glass casserole with butter-flavored cooking spray. Spread potatoes into pan.

4Cover with shredded cheddar and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
