Ingredients For loaded hashbrowns ( my way)

6 slicebacon (diced)

2 lgpotatoes (shedded)

1 smonion (diced)

1 smgreen pepper (diced)

1 smred pepper (diced)

1/2 cmexican blend cheese

2 sliceamerican cheese
How To Make loaded hashbrowns ( my way)

1In a large sauté pan that has been sprayed layer bacon on bottom, cover bacon with hash browns, then top with onion, green pepper and red pepper.

2Cook on medium flame till first side is brown, about 15 minutes, turn carefully, brown other side 15 minutes.

3Before removing from heat top with cheeses, cook till cheeses are melted. Salt and pepper to taste.
