Ingredients For lisa's baked potato salad

8red potatoes, peel, wash and cut into cubes

1 stickbutter or margarine (room temperature)

1 csour cream

1 1/2 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 jarhormel bacon bits

2green onions, chopped

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make lisa's baked potato salad

1Wash potatoes and cut into cubes. Put in a large pot and add water. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat and cover. Cook for 20 minutes until tender. Drain potatoes and put potatoes in a big bowl and add butter, sour cream and mix well until butter melted. Add cheese, bacon bits, salt and pepper. Mix well. Garnish green onions on top of the baked potato salad.
