Ingredients For latkes

2 Tbspflour

3 Tbspbread crumbs, plain

3/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspground pepper

2eggs, lightly beaten

3 lbrusset potatoes

1medium onion, grated

oil for frying
How To Make latkes

1Mix flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and eggs in bowl, set aside.

2Grate 1/2 of potatoes with small holes and the other 1/2 with larger holes.

3Add onions; pat all dry on towel

4Mix in egg mixture. Form into patties (3-4 inches wide). Fry until golden.
