Blue Ribbon Recipe

Reminding us of cheesy fries you'd get at a sports bar, these kicked-up potato wedges are amazing. The homemade potato wedges are drenched in a creamy and tangy ranch sauce. Then they're topped with gooey and bacon bits. Sliced green onions add their pop of flavor. Serve these on game day while watching TV for a hearty snack. Or, they'd be delicious with burgers or a grilled steak too.
