Ingredients For katrina's cheese potatoes

  • 1 bag
    frozen hash browns
  • 1 stick
    Butter
  • 1 md
    chopped onions
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 box
    Velveta cheese
  • 1 pt
    sour cream,

How To Make katrina's cheese potatoes

  • 1
    Melt butter put in the Hash Browns ,Stir to mix ,Add and mix in soup, onions and sour cream . Cut up cheese in chunks put in the hash brown mixture. Save 1/3 of the cheese to put on top . cook about 30 minutes in an oven proof casserole dish stir well then put the 1/3 cheese on top and finish cooking . Be careful not to burn cheese on top.
