Ingredients For island yam bake

  • 2
    large yams or sweet potatoes
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    philadelphia brand cream cheese
  • 1 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/2 c
    shredded coconut or 18 oz drained crushed pinapple
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make island yam bake

  • 1
    Preheat oven 350.
  • 2
    Beat eggs and cream cheese together.

    Mix in brown sugar,coconut,flour,melted butter,salt,milk,nutmeg,cinnamon,vanilla.

    Add in shredded yams.

    Pour mixture into butterd casserol dish.

    Bake for 1hour.
