method Pressure Cooker/Instant Pot

Ingredients For instant pot bite sized potatoes

2 lb

bite sized potatoes
1 Tbsp

olive oil
2 Tbsp

butter
2 tsp

italian seasoning
1 tsp

onion powder
1 tsp

garlic powder
1 tsp

paprika
1 tsp

kosher salt
1/4 tsp

black pepper
1/2 c

chicken broth

How To Make instant pot bite sized potatoes

wash potatoes (can use large ones but peel and cube into 1 1/2" pieces).

Saute potatoes with olive oil and butter in instant pot for 5 minutes.

mix spices together and sprinkle over potatoes. Add Chicken stock, stir.

Close instant pot and cook high pressure for 5 minutes and instant release.
