From start to finish, on the table in 1 yes 1 hour!!!! One of my entire families favorites, my In-Laws request every family gathering. They think I slaved in the Kitchen!!!

Ingredients For "in a pinch" cheesy potato casserole

2 pkgsimply potatoes shredded hash browns

2 cancream of chicken soup

1 1/2 creal sour cream
-
1/2 cchopped onion
-
1/2 cbutter or margarine melted
-
2 dashsalt
-
2 dashblack pepper
-
4 cextra sharp cheddar shredded
- "FLAKY" CRISPY TOPPING

3 ccornflake crumbs
-
4 Tbspbutter or margarine melted
How To Make "in a pinch" cheesy potato casserole

1Heat oven to 350* gather your ingredients and chop your onion.

2in a large bowl combine your potatoes, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar, melted butter and a dash of salt & pepper. Combine well. Transfer into a well greased casserole dish.

3In a small bowl combine your cornflake crumbs and melted butter to make your topping, stir well until mixed together. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of your potatoes and place in a 350* oven for 45 minutes

4Remove from the oven and ENJOY this bite of Cheesy Goodness !!!!
