1 lgonion, chopped

3 Tbspbutter

6 mdpotatoes, peeled and cubed

1 Tbspsweet hungarian paprika

1 lggreen pepper, chopped

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1 cwater, or more if needed
How To Make hungarian paprika potatoes

1In a heavy saucepan, sauté onion in butter until transparent. Add potatoes, paprika, green pepper, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of water.

2Continue cooking over low heat until the potatoes are tender, adding a little more water if necessary. Don’t stir, but shake the pan occasionally, as stirring can break up the potatoes.

3Serve warm.
