Blue Ribbon Recipe

Wow, wow, wow... this German potato salad is simple, yet so delicious. It's sweet, salty, and sour all at once. Bacon adds a smoky flavor to the hot potato salad. The hot potatoes soak up all the flavor. There is no mayonnaise in this recipe, so a tasty option if you avoid mayo.
