    red potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 4 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 c
    cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make honey dijon roasted red potatoes

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

    Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray and place chopped potatoes inside.

    Add remaining ingredients to a small bowl and stir well until combined. Pour the sauce over the potatoes, and toss to evenly coat the potatoes.
