How To Make honey dijon roasted red potatoes

1Preheat oven to 425°F.

2Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray and place chopped potatoes inside.

3Add remaining ingredients to a small bowl and stir well until combined. Pour the sauce over the potatoes, and toss to evenly coat the potatoes.

4Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until they are tender.
